Instructions

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wipe with a damp towel only. Do not machine or hand wash. If the product gets wet, allow to air dry.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove product from any plastic bags. Make sure the product is not cold and at room temperature. Microwave for 10-15 seconds. Add in 10-second increments until your desired temperature. Microwaves may vary.

WARNING:
Before using, thoroughly check the inner lining of the sleeve for ice crystals and tears in the lining. Do not use if ice crystals or gel are visible.

CAUTION:
Only use as directed. Always freeze in a freezer bag. Apply to dry skin only. Do not microwave for more than the time mentioned above. Do not apply if the product is too hot to touch. Do not apply to infected areas or open wounds. Always consult your doctor if you are unsure. Do not put in the dryer or washing machine. Do not submerge in water. Do not use if wet. Do not ingest.
